He believes an individual cannot be categorized based on a predetermination of set criteria. He strives to continuously improve and evolve his fitness knowledge base.Iftikhar’s specialties include post-rehabilitation, sports conditioning, General fitness training, athletic training and heavy duty body building.

Zohaib has a 5 years fitness Background, endurance training, strength training,and weight management,. Fitness has been a vital part of zohaib's life for over four years and counting. Apart fitness experience zohaib is also involved in modeling at national level. In addition to his time spent for Fitness and modeling, zohaib also facilitates individual fitness training, Group Personal Training, and is a Group Exercise Instructor
