It is located at the end of Faisal Avenue, near Margalla Hills. It is the largest mosque in Pakistan and South Asia. Lok Virsa or Folk Heritage Museum:
It is situated at Shakarparian Park. It has recently been re-done and now it is worth to visit. It has large numbers of halls which are purely dedicated to architecture and musical heritage. You will also find large collections of jewellery, woodwork, metalwork and block printing here. Folk Heritage Museum also hosts great number of national events, musical concerts and exhibitions throughout a year.

It is assumed to be an important viewpoint in Islamabad located in the hills above E-7 sector. Its beauty is enhanced by the greenery and flowers of different types.
